Rotomolded case made in high density polyethylene

Introducing Explorer ROTO, the latest family of products manufactured by GT LINE. Characterized by unbeatable durability, thick HDPE body construction, proprietary design with the use of the traditional Explorer quality accessories such as handles, wheels and latches.

This new case features positive stackability, Explorer’s exclusive PU sprayed O-ring, automatic purge valve, hinged lid with steel wire lid supports, 6 foldable recessed handles to grant easy transportability even when the case is fully loaded, two 75 mm. Ø silent wheels with ball bearings, recessed metal butterfly latches with padlock ring.

Available in Black, Desert Sand and Olive Drab (mil green) colour.

Additional versions of the same model are available with fully detachable lid, humidity indicator, custom foam inlays. Explorer Roto products can be customized according to the dimensional and specific requirements of the end users.

Both of them are “best in class” for their light weights and meet ENTIRELY the rigorous IP-67 and MIL certification requirements, thanks to the adoption of our new nano-based copolymer.

Both models belong to our Heavenly Light Series and feature the newest pull-up latches, automatic purge valve, rubber coated handle grip, fixing point for the optional shoulder strap, removable lid and metal reinforced padlock points.

Available in four standard colors Black, Orange, Olive drab and Desert tan, with pre-cubed foam or empty, with the possibility to use our optional panel mounting slots for easy device integration and a number of additional accessories to create the right solution for your requirements.

All of our cases can now be supplied with integrated RF-ID and NFC chips.

The chips are embedded (fused) in the frontal part of the case, beneath the name tag, allowing a quick reading of the chip for both RFID and NFC technologies.

They now come standard in the Explorer #5140 family but anyone of our more than 40 different sizes of Explorer Cases can accomodate the chips for your special projects, with a nominal surcharge.

The RF-ID chip allows for intergation of the case in asset control infrastructures already provided with RF-ID antennas, while the NFC chip allows for the use of specific IOS & ANDROID based APP such as our proprietary one, IntelliRespond, available for free download on the major App stores.

With IntelliRespond you can enable your “NFC smart case” to connect to the web by mean of an easy tap of your phone.

Through a simple contact between the smartphone and the case the APP identifies the unique serial# of the case and associates it with the user’s account where a variety of information such as the description and pictures of the content of the case, reminder on expiration or date of maintenance of the device carried within, and much more, can be easily set.
